USC's new stereoscopic research unit S3D@USC, The Levi's Film Workshop, and LA 3D Stereo Club Present an exciting panel on THE FUTURE OF 3-D FILMMAKING. This panel focuses on the Independent DIY 3D filmmakers and focuses on what are the difficulties and rewards of taking 3D out of the studios and putting it into the hands of creators like yourself.

 

Featured Panelists Include:

 

* Shannon Benna

Hollywood's First Feature Female Stereographer and experimental director

 

Ian Spohr and Roham Rahmania

Producer and Stereographer of the recent 3D short Skate or Die developed as part of the Levi's Film Workshop

 

* Andrew B Parke

Independent DP and Stereographer

 

If you are interested in getting your feet wet with 3D and want to keep your indie aesthetic this panel is for you.

This panel will be moderated by Perry Hoberman of S3D@USC and 3D historian Ray Zone.
